Our Requirements

To be considered for employment and/or representation, our caregivers must:
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for caring for children
  • Have at least 2-3 years of childcare experience
  • Have stellar references (professional and personal)
  • Be HIGHLY responsible, dependable, patient, nurturing, trustworthy and FUN!
  • Be Infant and Child CPR/First Aid Certified (or be willing to renew before the start of employment)
  • Be willing to submit to a thorough background check
  • Be legal to work in the US
  • Be fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Be Trustline registered (California nannies only)

 
Our On Call nannies must also:

  • Be able to work at least two full weekdays per week
  • Be willing to commit to working with us for at least 3 months
  • Have consistent internet and email access
  • Have reliable transportation to get you to/from assignments in a timely manner

 
Our Placement Nannies must also:

  • Have a responsible driving record, safe/reliable/fully insured vehicle and willingness to provide a driving history report from the DOL
